i. Community Sensitization of the project

ii Determination of boundaries of adjoining paramount Stools.

iii Minor Clearing and pillaring (with stool names inscribed on the pillars) on the boundary

iv Settlement of Disputes between Stools

v GPS Survey of boundaries in the (UTM Zone 30N) Geodetic Reference Network GRN

vi Description of boundary post

vii Deliverables submitted:

• Soft Copies of surveyed boundaries (Arc GIS 9.2 shapefile format).
• Geospatial Dataset of the Beacons defining the Boundary (Both soft and hard copies)
• hardcopies of plans showing boundaries agreed-on boundaries.
